An analysis of the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery on cervical cancer
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on cervical cancer. Methods 66 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open surgery, and the study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The surgical indexes, quality of life scores before and after treatment, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of 6.06%in the study group was lower than 24.24%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of cervical cancer, the efficacy is better, can effectively shorten the operation time, hospital stay, postoperative exhaust time, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life, worthy of clinical promotion.
