Curative effect of transabdominal total and subtotal hysterectomy in the treatment of benign uterine lesions
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transabdominal total and subtotal hysterectomy in patients with benign uterine lesions. Methods Sixty patients with benign uterine lesions were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different surgical methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group underwent total abdominal hysterectomy and the study group underwent subtotal abdominal hysterectomy. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time, postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).One month after surgery, the level of FSH in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of estradiol was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate, residual cervical lesion rate and stump lesion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with benign uterine lesions by transabdominal subtotal hysterectomy is effective, safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
