Effects of different cesarean section operation timing on stress response and delivery risk of pregnant women with second pregnancy with scarred uterus
Objective To study the effects of different cesarean section operation timing on stress response and delivery risk of pregnant women with second pregnancy with scarred uterus. Methods 100 pregnant women with scar uterus were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group(37 weeks ≤ gestation week<39 weeks)and observation group(gestation weeks ≥39 weeks)according to the different timing of cesarean section,50 cases in each group. All the parturients underwent cesarean section. The stress index, pregnancy outcome and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The indexes of norepinephrine(NA),cortisol(Cor)and aldosterone(ALD)in the two groups were higher than those in the prenatal group, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group, the Apgar score of newborns was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of respiratory diseases of newborns was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than that of control group(18.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Gestational weeks ≥ 39 weeks is a good opportunity for cesarean section operation, which can effectively reduce the surgical stress reaction, improve the pregnancy outcome and reduce the risk of related complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
