Clinical efficacy of enoxaparin combined with desdrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of enoxaparin combined with desdrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion. Methods 80 patients with threatened abortion were selected and divided into study group and control group with 40 cases each according to random number table method. The control group was treated with desdrogesterone, and the study group was treated with enoxaparin sodium on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom remission time, blood routine and coagulation function indexes, and full-term pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain improvement time and lumbar acid improvement time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the platelet count,D-dimer and fibrinogen indexes in 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The term delivery rate of the study group was 95.00%,higher than that of the control group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of enoxaparin combined with desdrogesterone in patients with threatened abortion has a significant effect, which can effectively improve blood routine and coagulation function indicators, effectively shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms, and increase the rate of full-term delivery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
