Application of Guizhi fuling granules in the treatment of uterine fibroids and analysis of their effects on sex hormones
Objective To analyze the effect of Guizhi fuling granule on sex hormone in patients with uterine myoma(UF).Methods 70 UF patients were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Guizhi fuling granules.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the level of sex hormone in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume and myoma volume of the study group were smaller than that of the control group,the myoma diameter was shorter than that of the control group,and the scores of dysmenorrhea and menstrual volume were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor index of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Guizhi fuling granules in UF patients is ideal,which can effectively reduce the volume of uterus and fibroids,relieve dysmenorrhea,control inflammatory response,reduce sex hormone levels,and ensure curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
