Clinical effect of clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin in the treatment of endocrine disorder infertility
Objective To analyze the effect of clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin in the treatment of endocrine disorder infertility.Methods 85 patients with endocrine disorder infertility were selected and divided into study group(45 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the study group was treated with clomiphene combined with chorionic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.78％higher than that of the control group(85.00％)(P＜0.05).The ovulation success rate and pregnancy success rate of the study group were higher than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness was thicker than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin in the treatment of endocrine disorder infertility is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
