Effect analysis of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue.Methods 120 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the study group was treated with misoprostol based on the control group.The clinical effect,postpartum blood loss and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The amount of postpartum blood loss after 2 h and 24 h in the study group was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 95.00％,which was higher than that of the control group 83.33％(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with misoprostol is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue,which can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage and improve satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
