Clinical application value of color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of ovarian cyst
Objective To explore the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian cysts. Methods 49 patients with suspected ovarian cysts were examined by B-ultrasound and color doppler ultrasonography. The results of postoperative pathological examination were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the two different methods and the hemodynamic parameters of benign and malignant ovarian cysts. Results Among 51 patients with suspected ovarian cysts,18 cases were malignant and 31 cases were benign. The diagnostic accuracy of color doppler ultrasonography was 87.76%,higher than that of B ultrasonography(69.39%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The resistance index(RI)and pulsation index(PI)of benign ovarian cyst were higher than those of malignant ovarian cyst, and the peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV)of benign ovarian cyst was lower than that of malignant ovarian cyst, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of color doppler ultrasonography is higher, which is conducive to improving the diagnostic effect of ovarian cysts, and the characteristics of ovarian cysts can be identified through the changes of hemodynamic parameters,so as to guide the follow-up treatment.
