Clinical value of serum β-HCG,estradiol and progesterone combined detection in the diagnosis of early threatened abortion
Objective To analyze the clinical value of combined detection of serum β-Human chorionic gonadotropin(P-HCG),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)in the diagnosis of early threatened abortion. Methods 120 patients with early pregnancy were selected and divided into study group(threatened abortion)and control group(normal pregnancy),60 cases each.Serum levels of β-HCG,E2 and P were measured in the two groups, and the detection rate and diagnostic value of P,E2 and β-HCG indexes in the two groups were compared, and the serum P,E2 and β-HCG indexes in the 5th and 7th weeks were compared. Results The detection rates of P,E2 and β-HCG indexes in study group(63.33%,80.00%,43.33%)were higher than those in control group(0,8.33%,10.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curve area(AUC)of β-HCG,E2 and P combined detection of threatened abortion was greater than that of β-HCG,E2 and P alone detection, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum β-HCG,E2 and P indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum P-HCG,E2 and P indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group at week 5 and week 7,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serumβ-HCG,E2 and P levels in early pregnancy can be used as indicators to reflect fetal status and placental function, which can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of early threatened abortion, and it is of great clinical significance to monitor early pregnant patients.
