Analysis of the application value of combined detection of serum CA153,CA125,and HE4 levels in the diagnosis of gynecological malignant tumors
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and human epididymis protein 4(HE4)in the diagnosis of gynecological malignant tumors. Methods 62 patients with gynecological malignant tumor confirmed by pathological report after surgery as a study group,60 healthy women with gynecological physical examination during the same period as the control group, and 60 patients with gynecological benign lesions during the same period as the benign lesion group were selected.Serum CA153,CA125,HE4 levels and single and combined positive detection rates were detected and compared among the three groups. Results The levels of serum CA153,CA125 and HE4 in benign lesion group were higher than those in control group, and lower than those in study group(P<0.05).The positive rates of CA153 and CA125 in the study group and the benign lesion group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of serum HE4 in benign lesion group and the combined positive detection rate of three indexes were higher than those in control group, and lower than those in study group(P<0.05).Conclusion HE4 has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of gynecological malignant tumors, and the combined detection of HE4 with CA153 and CA125 levels can provide diagnostic accuracy to a certain extent.
