Influence of five-color risk management on delivery outcome and psychological state of pregnant women with high risk pregnancies
Objective To explore the effect of five-color risk management applied to high risk pregnant women on their delivery outcome and psychological state.Methods 60 high-risk pregnant women were selected and divided into control group and research group according to the principle of balanced and comparable basic data,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional risk management,and the study group received five-color risk management.The incidence of adverse birth outcomes,psychological state,self-efficacy of childbirth and pregnancy stress were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group after management(P<0.05).After management,the Chinese simplified version of the delivery self-efficacy scale(CBSEI-C32)of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of the pregnancy pressure scale(PPS)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The study found that five-color risk management can improve the delivery outcomes of high-risk pregnant women,maintain the mental health of patients,improve the self-efficacy of patients,and reduce the pressure of childbirth.
