Effect of mindfulness-based decompression therapy intervention nursing in patients with cervical cancer and chemotherapy and its influence on mental state
Objective To analyze the effect of mindfulness-based decompression therapy intervention nursing on the application and psychological state of patients with cervical cancer radiation and chemotherapy.Methods 110 cervical cancer patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy were divided into observation group and control group according to the parity of admission bed number,55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given mindfulness decompression therapy intervention nursing on the basis of the control group.The emotions of self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),cancer fatigue scale(CFS)and self-care ability scale(ESCA)of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the CFS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the ESCA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness-based decompression therapy can alleviate the symptoms of depression and anxiety,strengthen self-care ability,and alleviate cancer-related fatigue to a great extent in patients with cervical cancer.
