整体护理在慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的应用对提升患者身心健康的价值

摘要
目的 探究整体护理在慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的应用效果及对提升身心健康的价值.方法 选取90例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例.观察组采用整体护理,对照组采用常规护理.对比两组护理满意度、生活质量及心理情绪.结果 观察组护理满意度97.78％高于对照组的84.44％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后两组慌乱、紧张、压抑、愤怒情绪评分低于干预前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 整体护理应用于慢性盆腔炎患者中,可提升护理满意度,提高生活质量,缓解负性情绪,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the value of improving physical and mental health.Methods 90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.Observation group received holistic nursing,control group received routine nursing.Nursing satisfaction,quality of life and psychological emotion were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78％higher than that of the control group(84.44％),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of panic,tension,depression and anger in the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can improve nursing satisfaction,improve quality of life,alleviate negative emotions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
