Study on the effect of intensive nursing intervention of blood pressure in the nursing of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension
Objective To observe the effect of blood pressure intensive nursing for pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods 50 pregnant women with pregnan-induced hypertension were selected as subjects and divided into observation group and reference group according to random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received intensive nursing intervention based on the reference group.Blood pressure index, negative emotion score and maternal and infant outcome before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood pressure intensive nursing intervention for pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension can effectively control blood pressure, improve negative emotions, optimize maternal and infant outcomes, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
