Clinical value of empathic nursing combined with SBAR communication system in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To analyze the clinical value of empathic nursing combined with SBAR communication system in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 52 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 26 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received empathic nursing combined with SBAR communication system,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of disease knowledge recognition in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of pittsburgh sleep index scale(PSQI),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of empathic nursing combined with SBAR communication system for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can improve their disease knowledge cognition,further improve their adverse psychological state and sleep quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
