The role of one to one nursing model of responsibility system applied in delivery room nursing of women with scarred uterus
Objective To explore the effect of applying responsibility system one-to-one nursing mode in delivery room nursing of women with scarred uterus.Methods 50 women with cicatricial uterus were randomly assigned into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with one-to-one nursing mode of responsibility system,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing service quality of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of observation group was 52.00%higher than that of control group 24.00%,and the complication rate of 4.00%was lower than that of control group 24.00%(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the Apgar score of newborns was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group(92.00%)was higher than that of control group(64.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the one-to-one nursing mode of responsibility system in the delivery room nursing of women with scarred uterus has ideal effect,which helps to improve the quality of nursing service,increase the rate of vaginal delivery,reduce the occurrence of related complications,improve the outcome of childbirth,and increase the satisfaction of maternal nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
