Application of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of comfort nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal.Methods 80 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comfortable nursing.The scores of psychological state,surgical indicators,postoperative complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The amount of surgical bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the time of getting out of bed,the time of anal exhaust and the time of hospitalization were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than that in the control group(15.00%)(P<0.05).The scores of physical pain,emotional function,mental health,physiological function,social function,vitality and overall quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After comfortable nursing,patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal can maintain good psychological state,shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
