Effect of comprehensive care combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cervical cancer patients and its effects on cytokines
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer patients before surgery and its influence on cytokines. Methods 80 cervical cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment and receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery were selected and divided into the reference group(receiving routine nursing)and the observation group(receiving comprehensive nursing)according to the order of admission,40 cases. The compliance rate, cytokines and adverse mood score were compared between the two groups. Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the reference group(80.00%,P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in reference group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were(38.67±2.31)points and(39.54±2.12)points,which were lower than those of the reference group(43.96±2.66)points and(44.76±2.68)points respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for cervical cancer patients combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery has a good effect, can improve patient compliance, reduce cytokine levels, relieve their adverse emotions, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
