Effect of extended nursing on quality of life and psychological emotion of patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer
Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing on the quality of life and psychological emotion of patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods 84 patients with radical cervicectomy were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with extended nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the rehabilitation of observation group was better(P<0.05).The scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life in the observation group after nursing was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of extended nursing on patients with radical cervicectomy is more significant,which can reduce the incidence of complications,improve psychological mood and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
