Experience of clinical operation and nursing intervention in patients with hysteroscopic submucous myoma resection
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical operation and nursing in patients with hysteroscopic submucous myoma resection.Methods 130 patients with Electrotomy of uterine submucous myoma were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with clinical operation,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The clinical indexes,psychological state,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical indicators,psychological state and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical surgical nursing in patients with hysteroscopic submucosal myoma can reduce complications,reduce pain,improve psychological state,improve quality of life,and shorten hospital stay,which is worthy of clinical application.
