Application effect of targeted nursing based on evidence-based evidence in women with premature rupture of membranes and cesarean section
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing based on evidence-based evidence in women with premature rupture of membranes and cesarean section. Methods 78 women with premature rupture of membranes who underwent cesarean section were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received targeted nursing based on evidence-based evidence. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The amount of blood loss and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the breastfeeding self-efficacy rating scale(BSES)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing based on evidence-based evidence can effectively reduce the risk of premature rupture of membranes caesarean section, improve maternal psychological state and breastfeeding confidence, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
