Study on the effect of nursing combined with intervention in laparoscopic salpingectomy for ectopic pregnancy
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing combined intervention in laparoscopic salpingectomy for ectopic pregnancy.Methods 64 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic salpingectomy were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the symptom list score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the psychological resilience score was higher than that of the control group,and the physiological health status was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application effect of nursing combined intervention in laparoscopic salpingectomy for ectopic pregnancy is remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
