强化认知行为干预结合心理护理对子宫内膜癌患者心理及应对的影响分析

摘要
目的 研讨强化认知行为干预结合心理护理对子宫内膜癌患者心理及应对的影响.方法 选取92例子宫内膜癌患者,按照数字表抽取法原则进行分组,每组46例.对照组患者给予常规护理,遵照医嘱为患者进行化疗或用药干预,观察组患者给予强化认知行为干预结合心理护理.对比两组护理效果.结果 观察组患者护理后敌对、焦虑、抑郁、敏感评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者护理后积极应对率为95.65％,对照组患者护理后积极应对率为82.61％,观察组患者积极应对率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 强化认知行为干预结合心理护理对子宫内膜癌患者心理及应对具有积极影响作用,有利于帮助患者纠正错误认知和行为,保障良好心理状态,采取更加积极主动的行为应对方式,对患者预后、生活质量改善具有突出作用.
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of intensive cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological nursing on the psychology and coping of patients with endometrial cancer.Methods 92 patients with endometrial cancer were selected and divided into groups according to the principle of digital table extraction,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,chemotherapy or medication intervention according to the doctor's advice,and patients in the observation group were given intensive cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of hostility,anxiety,depression and sensitivity after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The positive coping rate was 95.65％in the observation group and 82.61％in the control group.The positive coping rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Intensive cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological nursing has a positive effect on the psychology and coping of patients with endometrial cancer,which is conducive to helping patients correct wrong cognition and behavior,ensuring a good psychological state,adopting a more proactive behavioral coping style,and playing a prominent role in improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
