Effect of intensive cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological nursing on the psychology and coping of patients with endometrial cancer
Objective To study the effects of intensive cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological nursing on the psychology and coping of patients with endometrial cancer.Methods 92 patients with endometrial cancer were selected and divided into groups according to the principle of digital table extraction,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,chemotherapy or medication intervention according to the doctor's advice,and patients in the observation group were given intensive cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of hostility,anxiety,depression and sensitivity after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive coping rate was 95.65%in the observation group and 82.61%in the control group.The positive coping rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological nursing has a positive effect on the psychology and coping of patients with endometrial cancer,which is conducive to helping patients correct wrong cognition and behavior,ensuring a good psychological state,adopting a more proactive behavioral coping style,and playing a prominent role in improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
