Study on the application effect of targeted nursing model in the nursing of abnormal uterine bleeding
Objective To investigate the role of targeted nursing in the clinical intervention of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods 80 patients with AUB were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.Observation group took targeted nursing intervention, control group took routine nursing.Abnormal bleeding, negative emotion score and adherence to medical advice were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of abnormal bleeding and the duration of abnormal bleeding in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rates of periodic review, diet management compliance and medication management compliance in observation group(95.00%,97.50%,100%)were higher than those in control group(80.00%,77.50%,85.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of AUB,targeted nursing can quickly and effectively reduce abnormal bleeding, improve patients'emotional state, and improve patients'compliance in medication, diet and review, which has high clinical application value.
