Effect analysis of cognitive psychological behavior intervention in nursing of abnormal uterine bleeding
Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive psychological behavior intervention in the nursing of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 112 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into observation group and control group(56 cases each)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cognitive psychological behavior intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the health knowledge mastery score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were lower than before nursing,and the scores of self-maintenance ability scale(ESCA)were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The number of abnormal uterine bleeding and the amount of abnormal uterine bleeding in the observation group at 6 months and 12 months were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of cognitive psychological behavior intervention in the nursing of abnormal uterine bleeding is significant,which can effectively improve the level of health knowledge,improve the psychological state,improve the control rate of abnormal uterine bleeding,and improve the nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
