妊娠期糖尿病患者产后护理中心理护理结合健康教育的应用效果探讨

摘要
目的 研究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者应用心理护理结合健康教育的应用效果.方法 选取70例GDM患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组(采用常规护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上采用心理护理结合健康教育),每组35例.对比两组护理效果.结果 护理后观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组护理后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)指标均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 GDM患者产后应用心理护理结合健康教育可有效改善患者负性情绪,提高生活质量,更有助于血糖的控制.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 70 GDM patients were selected and divided into control group(using routine nursing)and observation group(using psychological nursing combined with health education on the basis of control group)according to random drawing method,with 35 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score of the health status survey was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Fasting blood glucose(FBG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc)indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing(P＜0.05).Conclusion Postpartum psychological nursing combined with health education can effectively improve the negative emotions of GDM patients,improve the quality of life,and contribute to the control of blood sugar.
