To Analyze the surgical care cooperation and rescue measures of patients with major bleeding patients during cesarean section
Objective To study the effect of operation room nursing cooperation and rescue intervention in patients with massive hemorrhage during caesarean section. Methods 42 patients with massive hemorrhage during cesarean section were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 21 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing cooperation and rescue measures in operating room, and the observation group strengthened nursing cooperation and rescue measures in operating room. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The service quality scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group after intervention were(30.38±5.43)points and(30.47±3.93)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(35.05±4.22)points and(34.82±3.22)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive operation room nursing cooperation and rescue can effectively improve the treatment safety and success rate of patients with massive bleeding during cesarean section, improve the quality of nursing, and ensure the safety of patients and newborns, which is worthy of clinical application.
