Effect of DOHaD concept nursing intervention in pregnant women with gestational diabetes under the concept of nutrition
Objective To analyze the effect of DOHaD concept nursing intervention in pregnant women with gestational diabetes under the concept of nutrition. Methods 64 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group(using conventional nursing)and observation group(using DOHaD conceptual nursing under the concept of nutrition),32 cases in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose, blood glucose before going to bed and HBA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The weight gain before delivery and during pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion DOHaD nursing intervention under the concept of nutrition can significantly reduce the blood sugar level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes, effectively control their weight gain during pregnancy, and improve their pregnancy outcomes.
