Observation on the effect of doula accompanied family nursing intervention on labor pain,psychological state and labor outcome of primipara
Objective To analyze the effects of doula accompanied family nursing intervention on labor pain,psychological state and labor outcome of primipara.Methods 60 primipara were selected and divided into conventional group and doula group according to red and blue envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine nursing,and the doula group was treated with doula accompanied family nursing intervention.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in doula group were shorter than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in doula group were lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The delivery pain score of doula group was lower than that of conventional group,and the postpartum blood loss at 2 h was significantly lower than that of conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in doula group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that in conventional group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of doula accompanied family nursing intervention in the delivery of primipara can shorten the duration of labor,improve their psychological state and delivery indicators,and ensure the outcome of delivery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
