The practical effect of quality nursing service in maternal outpatient consultation
Objective To explore the practical effect of high quality nursing service in maternal outpatient consultation.Methods 60 parturients were selected and divided into quality nursing service group and routine nursing service group,with 30 cases in each group.The anxiety degree,waiting time for registration and examination,quality of guided nursing service,work efficiency and experience were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score of the high quality nursing service group(40.01±5.10)points was lower than that of the conventional nursing service group(49.25±4.30)points,and the waiting time for registration and examination was shorter than that of the conventional nursing service group(P<0.05).The quality scores of guided nursing service in quality nursing service group were higher than those in conventional nursing service group(P<0.05).The scores of registration,nurse triage,doctor's visit and medicine delivery in quality nursing service group were higher than those in conventional nursing service group(P<0.05).The scores of registration service,nursing service,diagnosis and treatment service and other service experience in quality nursing service group were higher than those in conventional nursing service group(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice effect of high-quality nursing service is better than that of routine nursing service in outpatient guidance of parturient women,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
