Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with cervical erosion complicated with adnexitis
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with cervical erosion complicated with adjunctitis.Methods 52 patients with cervical erosion complicated with adjunct inflammation were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group,Conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing were used respectively.Negative psychology,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the life quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 7.69%in the observation group and 30.77%in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive psychological intervention in the nursing of patients with cervical erosion complicated with adjunctive inflammation can not only improve the bad mood of patients,but also promote the quality of life and reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
