Analysis of the effect of continuous maternal child early contact in postpartum on reducing postpartum bleeding
Objective To explore the effect of continuous maternal and child early contact after childbirth on reducing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 3088 natural childbirth women in 2022 were selected as the control group, and 2199 natural childbirth women in 2023 were selected as the experimental group. The control group received routine newborn care after delivery, while the experimental group received continuous postpartum mother child early contact on the basis of routine newborn care. The postpartum hemorrhage rates of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The postpartum hemorrhage rate of the control group was 6.3%,which was higher than the experimental group's 2.9%(P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that age, duration of the third stage of labor, anesthesia analgesia delivery, forceps delivery, perineal lateral resection, and complications were the influencing factors of postpartum hemorrhage(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum hemorrhage has a significant impact, and implementing continuous mother child early contact after childbirth can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, which is worth promoting and applying.
