The effect of GnRH-a combined with transumbilical laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for the treatment of benign ovarian cysts and its impact on postoperative recovery and pregnancy rate
Objective To explore the effect of GnRH-a combined with transumbilical laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for the treatment of benign ovarian cysts and its impact on postoperative recovery and pregnancy rate. Methods 150 patients with benign ovarian cysts in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with transumbilical laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, while the experimental group was treated with GnRH-a combined with transumbilical laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. The treatment effects were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than the control group's 86.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The abnormal rate of menstrual blood volume and menstrual cycle in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the clinical pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);During the three menstrual cycles after surgery, the levels of luteinizing hormone, estradiol, and follicle stimulating hormone in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of GnRH-a and transumbilical laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for the treatment of benign ovarian cysts is effective and worthy of promotion and application.
