The effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with traditional chinese medicine Bushen Tiaochong decoction on treating menstrual irregularity after uterine adhesion
Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Tiaochong decoction in treating menstrual disorders after intrauterine adhesions.Methods 66 patients with menstrual disorders after intrauterine adhesions in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups using computer randomization,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery,while the study group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Tiaochong decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was greater than that of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the conscious state,social function,and emotional function scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Tiaochong decoction is effective in treating menstrual disorders after intrauterine adhesions,which is beneficial for increasing endometrial thickness,improving traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and improving the quality of life of patients.It has promotional value.
