Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine constitution regulation in the treatment of menstrual disorders caused by polycystic ovary syndrome
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine constitution regulation in the treatment of menstrual disorders caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 86 patients with menstrual disorders caused by PCOS in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment,while the experimental group received acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine constitution regulation treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.02％,which was higher than 76.74％of the control group(P＜0.05);After treatment,the menstrual symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine constitution adjustment treatment can significantly improve the treatment effect and improve menstrual symptoms in patients with PCOS induced menstrual disorders.
