The application effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with targeted nursing in the treatment of uterine fibroids
Objective To explore the application effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with targeted nursing in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 50 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, each with 25 cases, using a random number table method. The conventional group received open surgery combined with routine care, while the experimental group received laparoscopic surgery combined with targeted care. The surgical related indicators, incidence of complications, and postoperative quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had shorter surgical related time, first exhaust time, and hospital stay compared to the conventional group, with less bleeding and lower incidence of complications compared to the conventional group(P<0.05);The scores of psychological function, social function, living status, and physical function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with targeted nursing has a more significant therapeutic and nursing effect on uterine fibroids, which can better promote rapid recovery of patients and is worth promoting.
