The diagnostic value and therapeutic effect of hysteroscopy on abnormal uterine bleeding
Objective To explore the clinical value of using hysteroscopy technology for diagnosis and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods 80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups, each with 40 cases, using a random number table method. The control group underwent diagnostic curettage for examination, while those with abnormal pathological results were readmitted for hysteroscopic surgery. The experimental group underwent hysteroscopic examination, while those with abnormal pathological results received hysteroscopic surgery. The disease detection rate and treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The disease detection rate in the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than the control group's 77.50%(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two treatment groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy can improve the disease detection rate for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding, and precise clinical efficacy can be achieved through the implementation of hysteroscopic surgery.
