Comparison of the efficacy and safety of cervical circular electrotomy and cold knife conectomy in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of cervical circular electrotomy(Leep)and cold knife conectomy(CKC)in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods 40 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were selected and divided into group A(16 cases)and group B(24 cases)according to different surgical methods.Patients in group A received CKC and patients in group B received Leep. The efficacy, safety and intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was 0%,lower than that in group A(18.75%)(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Both Leep and CKC can achieve better therapeutic effect in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, but Leep is more advantageous in the treatment of complications and intraoperative bleeding.
