The predictive value of NLR and oxidative stress indexes in early pregnancy on gestational diabetes
Objective To explore the predictive value of neutrophil/lymphocyte(NLR)and oxidative stress indicators in early pregnancy for gestational diabetes. Methods 33 pregnant women with gestational diabetes(study group)and 33 normal pregnant women(control group)in our hospital were selected as research objects.Compare the blood test indicators, oxidative stress indicators, and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between two groups. Results The levels of reactive oxygen species in the exploration group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of nuclear transcription factor E2 related factors were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the exploration group was 33.33%,higher than the control group's 12.12%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The white blood cell count,NLR,and alanine aminotransferase levels in the exploration group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of NLR and oxidative stress indicators in early pregnancy has certain predictive value for gestational diabetes, which can analyze the disease as soon as possible,so as to start treatment as soon as possible.
