The anesthesia effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in cesarean section
Objective To explore the anesthesia effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in cesarean section. Methods 75 cesarean section parturients in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group of 37 cases and an experimental group of 38 cases. The control group received fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia, while the experimental group received remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia.Compare the average arterial pressure and heart rate before anesthesia, during skin incision, and during delivery between two groups,as well as the neonatal Apgar score and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions at 1 and 5 minutes after fetal delivery. Results There was no statistically significant difference in mean arterial pressure and heart rate between the two groups before anesthesia, during skin incision, and during delivery(P>0.05);The Apgar score of newborns in the experimental group at 5 minutes after delivery was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of remifentanil and propofol for cesarean section anesthesia can improve neonatal Apgar score, and has no significant impact on patient hemodynamics and adverse reactions.
