Effect of systemic Lamazer delivery method combined with birthing ball on pain and natural delivery rate of elderly primipara
Objective To analyze the effect of systematic Lamazer delivery combined with ball delivery in elderly primipara.Methods 68 elderly primipara were selected and divided into 34 groups according to different methods of labor intervention.The control group was treated with routine midwifery and nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with systematic Lamazer method combined with birthing ball intervention on the basis of the control group.The labor time,pain of different labor stages and natural delivery rate of the two groups were compared.Results The first,second,third and total labor time of observation group were shorter than that of control group(P＜0.05).The pain in the first and second stages of labor in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The natural delivery rate of observation group was 94.12％,which was higher than that of control group(70.59％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of systematic Lamaze delivery method combined with birth ball can effectively reduce the labor pain of elderly primipara,shorten the labor time,and increase the rate of natural delivery,which is worth promoting.
