Clinical efficacy of personalized medicine nutrition therapy combined with metformin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of personalized medicine nutrition therapy combined with metformin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 96 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into 48 cases in each group by random drawing method. The control group was given personalized medicine nutrition therapy, and the observation group was combined with metformin on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose levels and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HBA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal hypoglycemia rate of 4.17%,premature delivery rate of 6.25%and cesarean section rate of 18.75%in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group16.67%,20.83%and 37.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized medicine nutrition therapy combined with metformin can more effectively control blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes, which has clinical promotion value.
