Effect of remazolam combined with sufentanil on anesthetic efficacy and quality of resuscitation in hysteroscopy patients
Objective to observe the anesthetic effect of remazolam combined with Sufentanil in Hysteroscopy anesthesia and its effect on the quality of resuscitation. Methods 96 patients were selected to undergo hysteroscopy and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,48 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous anesthesia with propofol combined with sufentanil, and the study group was given remazolam combined with sufentanil. The hemodynamic indexes, resuscitation quality and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at each time point in perioperative period. Results The mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05)at the time of dilation(T3).The recovery time and orientation of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy examination uses remazolam combined with sufentanil anesthesia, which has a better overall effect and safer medication.
