To investigate the clinical effect of levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism and its influence on maternal and infant outcomes
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism(subclinical hypothyroidism)and its influence on maternal and infant outcomes. Methods 74 pregnant patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were selected and divided into control group(conventional treatment)and study group(combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets on the basis of conventional treatment)according to different treatment methods,37 cases in each group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.30%higher than that of the control group(78.38%)(P<0.05).After treatment, the serum thyrotropin(TSH)level of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the free tetraiodothyronine(FT4)level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of serum thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroid globulin antibody(TGAb)in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy can improve clinical efficacy, improve thyroid function, ensure maternal and child safety, and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
