Clinical effects of Wen Jing decoction,Wen Gong acupoint application combined with acupoint massage on dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wen Jing decoction,Wen Gong acupoint application combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis.Methods 74 patients with endometriosis and dysmenorrhea in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with Wen jing decoction,Wen Gong acupoint application combined with acupoint massage.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of prostaglandins and oxytocin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,β-The levels of endorphins were higher in the control group(P＜0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.59％,which was higher than the control group's 78.38％(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wen jing decoction,Wen Gong acupoint application,and acupoint massage can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea,reduce the levels of pain mediators and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and improve the treatment effect.
