Analysis and exploration of the effect of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy
Objective To analyze the clinical value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 46 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected for transabdominal color doppler ultrasound examination and transvaginal color doppler ultrasound examination,and the clinical diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound examination was analyzed Results The detection rate of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography was higher than that of transabdominal color doppler ultrasonography,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The typical image detection rate of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography was higher than that of transabdominal color doppler ultrasonography,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is ideal,and its clinical diagnosis accuracy is high,and it can provide doctors with the information of detecting typical sonograms and provide scientific reference for determining clinical treatment measures.
