The clinical diagnostic value of colposcopy cervical biopsy in cervical lesions
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of colposcopy cervical biopsy in cervical lesions. Methods 84 patients with suspected cervical lesions were selected as the study subjects, all of whom underwent colposcopy cervical biopsy. The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value of colposcopy cervical biopsy. Results The pathological examination diagnosed 10 cases of cervical mucositis,15 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅰ,15 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅱ,40 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅲ,and 4 cases of cervical carcinoma in situ;Cervical biopsy under colposcopy diagnosed 9 cases of cervical mucositis,12 cases of grade Ⅰ cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,12 cases of grade Ⅱ cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,36 cases of gradeⅢcervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and 4 cases of cervical carcinoma in situ. The diagnostic accuracy of colposcopy cervical biopsy for cervical mucositis, grade Ⅰ cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, grade Ⅱ cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, gradeⅢ cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and cervical carcinoma in situ were 90.00%,80.00%,80.00%,90.00%,and 100%,respectively.Conclusion Vaginoscopic cervical biopsy is very meaningful for patients with suspected cervical lesions.Vaginoscopic cervical biopsy is easy to operate, less harmful to patients, and has lower costs. It is worth promoting and applying.
