The application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in cervical cancer surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in cervical cancer surgery.Methods 44 patients who underwent cervical cancer surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups based on the drawing method,with 22 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation care.The postoperative recovery time,pain score,and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had shorter exhaust time,defecation time,eating time,getting out of bed activity time,and gastrointestinal function recovery time compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);At 12 hours,24 hours,3 days,and 1 week after surgery,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores on the Self Rating Anxiety Scale and Self Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery has significant value and is worth promoting.
