急诊宫外孕患者流程化护理抢救措施的应用及预后

摘要
目的 研究在急诊宫外孕患者中应用流程化护理抢救措施对患者预后的影响.方法 选取100例急诊宫外孕患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例.对照组患者接受常规护理抢救措施,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受流程化护理抢救措施.比较两组患者抢救效果、并发症发生率及护理满意度.结果 观察组患者的抢救时间、急诊室停留时间短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患者的护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在宫外孕患者的急症抢救中,流程化护理抢救措施能够有效提升抢救效果,具有临床推广价值.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of process nursing rescue measures on prognosis of patients with ectopic pregnancy in emergency.Methods 100 patients with emergency ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing rescue measures,and patients in the observation group received streamlined nursing rescue measures based on the control group.The rescue effect,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue time and emergency room stay time of observation group were shorter than control group,and the amount of surgical bleeding was less than control group(P＜0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the emergency rescue of ectopic pregnancy patients,the process nursing rescue measures can effectively improve the rescue effect and have clinical popularization value.
