Clinical nursing intervention and implementation effect analysis of patients with hysterectomy
Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing intervention and implementation in patients with hysterectomy.Methods 80 patients undergoing hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received clinical nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing.The postoperative recovery,bad mood,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the first time of getting out of bed,the first time of exhaust,the length of hospital stay and the healing time of cervical stump in the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).The depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The life quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 100%higher than that of control group 85.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with hysterectomy,and has positive significance in improving their bad emotions.The postoperative recovery time of patients is short,and the nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
